Food not up to standard

So I drove all the out today to buy my favourite Mediterranean wrap in Stoneridge. When I got back to Linbro Park to eat it is was soggy and disgusting. Worst part they didn't even bother to add Halloumi and they actually thought I wouldn't notice. So I call to ask as to why they add the halloumi, they casually rep**** that it's finished. So disappointment
