Unhelpful with maternity claim

I used No Q UIF for my maternity UIF claim. Made payment on the 13th of May 2019 to use her services and send all required documents. I gave birth on the 09th of June 2019. To date i have not received my payment for my claim. I contacted Department of Labour to follow up on my claim and i was told that Karen (No Q UIF) has not uploaded my UI 2.7 and every time i email her she does not reply anymore. I am going back to work next month, all my savings are gone - started giving my child formula. I am struggling, i seriously need money. i want my money back, she has never been helpful!!!! - its only one document short in order for my claim to be approved
