False Advertising & Bad service

I booked a manicure & pedicure for 2 adults and 2 little girls aged 3 and 4. I called to confirm the prices for the girls as they do not require the full mani & pedi (wash, scrub, massage etc). Natalie, the manager confirmed that it will cost R40 for nails & R40 for toes - therefore R80 per girl. I wrote the prices down. We went for the treatments and when i had to pay they charged R69 for nails & R69 for toes - R138 per girl. Natalie was not at work - I spoke with Candice told her that that was never the price we agreed on. She said thats the price Natalie wrote in book and she wrote it while on the phone with me. I asked that Candice contact Natalie - she said that she's unavailable and that they are not allowed to give telephone numbers. I paid the higher price and asked that Natalie call me on 10 March when she's back. I called her but she was busy with a client - I spoke with Candice again and her response was that Natalie will just tell me the same thing - She did not give me the discounted price when i made the booking. <br> The girls got a buffing and paint of their nails - no wash, scrub, massage. I do not mind to pay but i do not appreciate being accused of lying.
