Didn't renew subscription- get charged anyway

The Pyronix app has an annual fee attached to it for use of all the cloud functions of your alarm system. I get sent an email saying that I need to 'click the link below' in order to renew subscription. I DO NOT click on the link because I no longer use the system and therefore do not want to pay... Pyronix deduct the money from my account in any event. How is this lawful? After 2 x failed attempts to contact them ********** I now resort to this platform. Please give me my money back
