MISTAKES ON PRINTING ORDER-NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

We ordered from Pyramid Litho Partners. <br> They were quick to reply to our emails when they needed our business. <br> We paid the invoice in full in good faith that they will provide us with the service required. <br> On the delivery date, they didn't deliver. We called and called and texted and finally they rep****. <br> Delivery was late even though we paid for delivery!<br> Once the printed items were delivered, we noticed that they made a mistake in the wording on the document. We immediately called them and they said they will revert and give us a new batch of printed items.<br> We have been calling them for the past 2 days, smsing, emailing..you name it. No one is coming back to us. <br> No one!! It is unacceptable and unprofessional the way we have been treated. <br> We have paid in full and got products with mistakes on it and they are not trying to solve this issues. Their phone is off. We tried What'sapp, we tried texting, we tried everything. No reply. <br> It is unfair and so unprofessional!<br>
