BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- STAY AWAY- DO NOT USE

This is another follow up report to my previous one. We have heard back from this company and they have decide to fix the mistake and they disappeared again! We call, we sms and they don't reply to us. I have printed materials with mistakes that I can't use. Customers that I can't service and they just ignore my messages and calls. Please please if you care about your sanity, stay away from this company at all costs!
