Dishonest and Totally Unfair

I made the mistake of ordering tablecloths from Pyramid Junction over Whatsapp, providing a clear colour swatch for reference. Despite this, he made them in a completely different colour, rendering them useless. On collection, Mohammed refused to make the tablecloth in a different shade, provide a refund or offer any reasonable solution. He was adamant for me to take the colour that he had made them in. (Which I refused to take).

Mohammed's actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, quality control and basic business ethics. I am no stranger to him and have dealt with him many times over the years.

I have now found the behavior of this business to be unreliable and uncooperative and have been left disappointed and financially exploited.
