Refused to take back defective item

<p>I purcahsed a baby bottle from Pylones Mall of africa. i have used it once and the cap has turned white. when i called Sandton the said i must bring it in abd they with swope the caps. when i took it in they accused me of causing the damage. I told them that i had spoken to the manager and he agreed to have the cao swopped out. they then refused to have the item swopped cause it was bought from Mall of Africa and i muct go there. I call Mall of Africa and they said that i can bring the item back provided i have the box. I dont have the box because i did not expect to return the item. Now i am sitting with a defective product.</p>
