Wrong products made and won't fix the problem

Our company ordered perspex stands from them. We did not get the one's we paid for. PX4Africa kept coming up with all sorts of excuses. Empty promises that they will return it and fix it. No we simply don't get an answer anymore. It's almost a year later.
