The worst transport SERVICE EVER

I ordered a taxi for 8 pm ...waited from 8:05 pm to 8:57 pm for my taxi to arrive . I was advised by the call centre constant to go and wait outside because each time when I phone to do a follow-up I was advise that the taxi driver is waiting for me at the gate ....I got the drivers number from the consultant so that I can phone and follow-up with the drive ... phone the drive and he advise that he is at Sandton ... so deeply disappointed in the terrible and unprofessional SERVICE I have received
