Worst Insurance Broker

I have been trying for two weeks do log a claim to have the windscreens repaired on my vehicle and no luck. We are currently having rainy weather in Pretoria and I have to drive to and from work with a damaged rear windscreen and stone chips on the front windscreen which I get fined for. I have contacted PWV risk advisors 4 times and their recorded lines will help confirm this. The receptionist is very rude and has no Telephone etiquette.

I have been told on two different occasions that Laura will phone me back and till today still nothing. I have sent an email but the reply I get is that my email is undelivered and the receiving mailbox is full.

This is a policy that has been paid for since 2016 and never been claimed on. Is this the kind of service to expect from PWV ?

Any help on which authority I can escalate this matter to ?
