Bad Shoes Bad Service

On the 03/05/2021 I bought Pitbull safety boots for R235. After 3 months the shoes sole started to crack underneath.

On the day we went to buy the shoes they ensured us that it is good quality.

Normally this type of shoe lasts much longer than this almost 2 years.

I sent them a WhatsApp just to report that the shoes are already cracked and wanted to know whether there is a guarantee on the shoes.

I sent them the slip as well as a picture of what the shoes look like now.

The response was not that of someone that wants to keep business. They rep**** saying...Why are you sending pictures of only the one pair and why you so negative...as well as..the reply to whether they are gaurenteed was.." We don't.."

I will not even promote this place to anyone because there is no customer service and the products are not worth the money.
