Solar system installation

We are very disappointed in this business. They installed our solar system in November 2023 and we are still awaiting our CoC , for which we paid R1000, despite requests and promises. It is not possible to contact them as they do not reply to my email and their provided numbers have been disconnected and the other initially rang unanswered but now states ‘user busy’. The business is in Kempton Park and owned by Theunis and Peet was in charge of the installations. I now presume this business is no longer operating and my five year warranty is useless as is this business. We did not expect this of Theunis.
