<p>I have never experienced such ********** service from a so-called business.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ordering a game, which I had to wait for almost a week – the delivery guy left as he could not reach me on my cell. That is after leaving no message or even taking the time to deliver at my reception, where there is always somebody – for what did I pay the R40 for then? For somebody to sit in the street in the car? After phoning your offices and enquiring I was informed that they can maybe make delivery only next week Friday or else I must pay for a courier service. Upon asking for a refund – apparently they can maybe look at this only after the ‘guy’ returns from his deliveries.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will exhaust all resources to make this rudeness and absolute lack of help, known to the public.</p> <p> </p> <p>Coline Laubscher</p> <p> ********** 801</p>
