Getting high their own supply

I bought a ps4 pro from you guys on 2018/10/30. I know this is a while back but I still sometimes get a glimpse of the console packaging and get this overwhelming sense of getting done in.

The reason I feel like this eveytime I look at the console is for ons of a few reasons. I phoned in asking if they had the pro console they were advertising for R6 499, they confirmed they still had the console, brand new and in the packaging. I rushed through the next day after work to make the purchase, excited to get my hands on this new console.

When I got there I asked if they still had that pro console, to my disappointment they said that someone had just bought it the morning. Gutted I asked if they they had any pro console left. They said they only have a Spiderman Bundle pro console.

To me that's even better, until they explained that the price just went up to R7380 and just to put the cherry on top although the box clearly states it's bundled with Spiderman this console doesn't come with the game.

I explicitly asked how is this because to my knowledge, if something is advertised, it has to be sold as is. He explained that this isn't the case with this console in this store and if I wanted the console with the game I would be paying the full asking price of the game on top of the asking price for the console. R7 380 and another R1 000, bringing the total to R8 380.

I reluctantly said that if that is the case I'll only buy the console. I made the purchase took the console home to fire it up. I opened the box to see what was includes, to my disappointment, they had been "testing" the console so they had removed what was included and most likely forgot to replace the earphones and usb charging cable intended to be included.

This was a minor inconvenience at the time as I had a slim console which so I could use it's accessories. Like I said I'm posting this a "in hindsight is always 20:20" . I still resent this and I still feel like i was ******** out of a copy of a game that was supposed to be bundled with the console but I wasn't willing to be ******ed further for a game, all things considered the console had been opened so it was as all purist will agree "second hand/used goods".

I really hope you guys enjoyed playing that game. Just remember that owing your own business doesn't mean you're above the rules that govern all retail business outlets, you would well do strive to conform to those rules. I personally never really bought Spiderman out of principle. I had to get this off my chest so I can finally make peace with this as it keeps hindering me. Lastly I wish you guys the best of success and for what it's worth I too like your shop and how awesome it looks.
