Poor service from PVW attorneys

I'm struggling with the third-party claim made on the 19th of June 2025 of which I've sent all documents requested and was informed the matter may take up to 4 weeks. I then started sending emails o the 5th week checking the progress and the assigned attorney never responded,I decided to send a follow-up email and a whatsapp message on the 29th of July 2025 to my surprise I got responses on both platforms . What is worse the responder is not the one I started the process with and I'm told that they are still reviewing my claim and would provide feedback and also should diarise a follow-up up to two weeks.Im just wondering what's the struggle with the claim.I only see myself waiting forever.
