PVR Cummunications - bad service

PVR Communications updated our security alarm and installed a new beam in June this year. The beam was not functioning soon after installation and since July, we have been given so many broken promises to come and sort it out. Their after sales service is diabolical and they now say we must get someone else to service our alarm. I would advise other people to think carefully before they go ahead with PVR Communications.
