Do not keep to the words and appoments

Noah call me and ask me what do i need and i explain to him and he ask me when can he come out to me and i told him on saturday and he said its ok and he ask me is 14 hoo pm ok and i told him yes its ok and i cancell me trip and he ask me for me address and contact details on email and i give it to him on email and he never come out on saturday and not even to call to say he will not make it to me. They services are very bad and it look like they don't what clients at all.
