Stay away from PVB Rietvallei Development/Stands

I purchased land from PVB Rietvlei and paid the purchase price in full. The development and transfer have still not been resolved, and I ultimately requested that the transaction be cancelled and that my money be refunded. The owner initially promised me a refund, but the refund was not made as promised. He subsequently blocked me on WhatsApp! I have now had to instruct an attorney and the matter has become a legal dispute. This has been an extremely distressing experience and one of the biggest financial mistakes I feel I have made. I worked very hard for this money and simply want the money I paid returned to me. I am sharing my experience so that prospective purchasers can do their own due diligence before paying money towards stands in this development. @Devi show (eNCA) am.sure this would make a good one, happy to share.
