A broker that helps

I struggled for 36 days with Discovery on my own with Vitality point allocation and incorrect captured information on their systems. I logged 5 different tickets with references and called the call center. It did not get me anywhere. I was frustrated with Discovery. My broker of several years stepped in when he (Peter) became aware of the situation. Henriette took ownership and within 2 days my Vitality points was allocated. Henriette is also giving me continuous updates of the status of the incorrect data investigation. <br> <br> Insurance is a difficult world. There is LOTS of negative stories.
