Hi Guys Last week PVA Auto Auctioneers posted a white double cab Legend 50 bakkie on their Facebook page with a rent to own, a deposit of R9650 and takeover installment of R9650, I went ahead to put an application, later I received SMS stating that my application was approved. Terrence Xaluva was the appointed sales executive to help me with the deal. Terrence contacted me before I can contact him to ask me if he can proceed with drafting the contract, I gave him a go ahead. He sent me the contract to sign. Later he told me that I must make a deposit within 24hours, he shared the banking details and while I was busy verifying the account holder name I realized the different, I immediately stop the transaction, I called him to inform him about the discrepancy, he told me stories and I informed him that he must video call me so that I can see the car and his face, he promised to do so but didn’t. I further assigned someone to go check the premises and he was nowhere to be found. His entire phones are off. I urgently ask whoever own PVA Auto Auctioneers to come forward and do something about this matter. Terrence needs to face the court of Law. People must lookout for this guy.
