BE WARNED!! Poor Service and didn't deliver!
<div>Very poor service, we still haven't received our order, the lady called ***** is very rude and refuses to follow up with their courier company and says it's between courier and the customer. BE WARNED!! There is also no escalation path, she refuses to let you speak to a manager or someone higher. Rather take your business somewhere</div>

Your order was paid last week Friday and we only received the funds on Tuesday and shipped it on Wednesday.
Whilst there may delays in shipping we take responsibility for arrival of the shipment.
Please give at least 3-5 days between dispatch and receipt of shipment.

09 Jun 2023, 13:42Your attitude sucks Lorraine, why do you refuse to escalate the issue, you are rude and you raise your voice to customers instead of addressing the issue. We still havent received our order. This Zimbabwean family owned business is poorly managed, Itai Hillary Zimwara should be ashamed of you. We are giving you till next week, if we dont receive the stuff you will have to give us our money back, we cannot be fighting with your shipping guys while you sit and just relax while they are your service provider
