Apalling after-sales service
Apalling after-sales service on a brand new Pylontech battery I bought that was faulty. 2 weeks after returning it and still no answer from them plus the manager avoids my emails and calls.

We received your unit and have sent it through for testing to a Pylon Tech certified service centre. Since this a condition for warranty purposes we are not in control of turnaround times and overall service quality as some decisions on warranties are made outside the country. This applies to every reseller and distributor of Pylon Tech.
