Pathetic service from Biker's Warehouse Northgate

I bought a rain suit from Biker's Warehouse in Northgate Johannesburg. on 16/02/2019. Within two weeks I used the suit for the first time and the zip on the pants leg broke. I didn't use the suit again and took it back to Biker's Warehouse on Saturday 16/03/2019. The lady in charge named Kerry refused to swap the faulty rain suit for a replacement on the shelf and told me that the suit needed to be sent to the supplier for fixing which would take up to three days!! This to me was totally absurd. She told me that the agreement with the supplier is to send faulty goods back for repair or replacement, I told her that my relationship as a client was with Biker's Warehouse and not with her supplier, all she kept saying was "I understand sir" , quite clearly she doesn't understand what good customer service is and this was just a way to end the conversation as quickly as possible. I found her attitude disgusting!I then only got the rain suit back three days later and I had to make a second trip to fetch it. Bikers Warehouse didn't care that I would be without protection from the rain for three days in the peak of rain season and didn't care that I had to make two trips due to a faulty product bought at Biker's Warehouse. I will never go back to Biker's Warehouse.
