Is there a level above world class service?

My scooter was damaged in an accident when a driver decided to jump a red robot. Miraculously I managed to ride it home. I took the bike to Kerry at Puzey and asked Kerry to fix it at the least possible cost. I paid R4000 for it some 4 years ago with 200 kms on clock. During that time it has cost me perhaps another R5k in maintenance and repairs! 26000kms later and she still runs like a dream. So back to my story! They quote me and I accept the quote. I paid R3200 to fix the bike, yet the bike is only worth perhaps R2k! The fact of the matter is that I collected a bike that runs and feels brand new and the people at Puzey always deliver better than any expectations given and deliver a brand that is better than world class. At 0.37c per km inclusive of fuel, accident damage and General maintenance, its a no brainer.
