Every Bikers Nightmare!
<p>Hello Everyone, Just here today to tell you not to go to Biker's Warehouse whatever you do! :D Instead of a well prepared rant on the Horrible service I will instead list the facts below. <br />**I won't mention Names</p> <p>-I was involved in a accident with a Taxi that broke the law.<br />Contacted bikers warehouse, Bikers warehouse picked the bike up on the 15th of September.</p> <p>-Next day quote was received and "go Ahead" given</p> <p>-Informed there is no windshield 20th September (asked if they can get a windshield</p> <p>-No response (called about 6 times)</p> <p>-25th November (10 WEEKS LATER) I get a angry call "Full payment(+-R11800) is required by the end of the month(5 days later) or we are s****ping the bike, as it cant be there over December" <br />At this point I didn't even know the work is completed! I just wanted my bike back (Still don't)</p> <p>-6 December im notified there is a secondhand windshield for my bike, I then accept on 8Dec and make full payment.</p> <p>-10 Dec I collect the bike Wont start "because its not in Neutral but still Needs to be jump started and windshield is missing botls</p> <p>-12 Dec Contact bikers warehouse and I arrange for recollection of the bike as Steering is not turning completely to the left and won't even start and a panel is missing after coming off on my way home because the fairings are not bolted on to the frame!!?</p> <p>- Bike was recollected on the 14th December (apparently in good faith)</p> <p>-No parts and battery recharged and I have to pay for delivery or collect it again.</p> <p>- its been more than 16 weeks and still incomplete</p> <p>- I requested it be delivered as is, NO RESPONSE.</p> <p>So there you have it folks! <br />if you want a job done properly the first time, or faster than Zuma reads a 8 figure number! (y)</p> <p>Avoid Bikers warehouse.<br />Please share this with anyone who depend on their Motorcycles for transport!</p> <p> </p>
