Bad service and bad attitude

Worked on my bike then atterwords they had an attitude when i told them the problem still persisted. I wonder how this 0lace operates considering i was going to buy a bike there and twice when i walked in i had to go look for help cause everyone was sitting in their office playing on the computers. So i bought a bike somewhere else. Then after they worked on my bike and i paid for the services i was treated to very bad attitude when i went back with the same problem i took the bike in for in the first place. Want to still charge me again to do what they did before. Keep up the good work guys
