Great Service if you want your fridge to be Destroyed!

I asked then to replace the freezer door seal; they said it only needed to be cleaned. Other than that the Fridge/Freezer worked perfectly. They said that the person who worked on it previously messed it up and that they would have to fix it. Now it is a mess; the noise is so bad that we can't sleep with it on so we have to switch the fridge off at night. Now, try and get them to come and fix it - NO CHANCE! But I am not finished yet - this is just the first salvo. I will wait one day and if nothing is done, we fire the next salvo on the various Social Media and if that does not work, the next step is legal. Why do people prefer all of this agonizing rather than to spend half an hour sorting out the problem?
