Drunk Plumber arrives 2 hours late without a single tool.

On 08/11/2020. Sunday 7pm. The plumber named Siyanda arrives at my premises 2 hours late, in a drunken state, without a single tool. His attitude was horrible, he was vulgar, rude and stormed out of the premises without doing a single task. I am left with a blocked drain and clogged sewer pipes. Please reprimand Siyanda and do not ever send him to another client. I do not want anybody else to have the horrible experience that I have had. I cannot believe that your company employs people of such caliber. I cannot fathom that Standard Bank uses your plumbing company. Absolutely pathetic!!!
