Worst inconveniencing service

Putco doesn't even deserve the 1 star. They should have just sticked to their manual paper tickets because these card ones are always a problem. Trips get double charged, they don't want to repay them. Today I had to pay double to get to work because a stupid technician thought he knew more than me about my schedule when I told him bringing the card to them would inconvenience me.
