WE DEMAND A NEW BUS (BUS NO.9042)

I'm logging this complaint as a very frustrated citizen, I reside in Soweto (green village), Name by Constance Senkge. I'm going to be as brief as possible, every morning I get to work by bus number 9042 and for the life of me, I do not understand how it is possible for a bus to have problems now and again. A week does not pass without the bus No. 9042 breaking down, the route is from Protea ext. 11 and 12 to Kramer Ville. We pay a lot of money for our tags and yet the service is the worst. This is unacceptable. We have no issue with the bus driver, his service to us is brilliant although some passengers feel that it is his fault that the bus breaks down often, which I feel is unfair because the driver is treated unfairly because of PUTCO not delivering the best service as promised. People will end up hurting our innocent drivers just to get PUTCO's attention to fix such problems. I believe I am heard and there will be a change, otherwise I had a lot of faith in PUTCO to take care of our safety. I'm deeply disappointed. What we request is a brand new bus, the bus No. 9042 is damaged and has to be taken to the workshop every now and again. That should a sign that it is not safe.
