we are strugling with a bus everyday

i am from Dobsonville, using the honeydew bus in the morning bus number 7410 sometimes it doesend come for a week, evertime we go to putco dobsonville to lay a complaint they tell us that the is nothing they can do as they have no buses, we should try alternative transport, what i dont usnderstand is that we are buying the tickets everymont, why they dont tell us that we shouldint buy as they dont have buses for us to use.
