Very unhappy passenger
<p>I travel from Eldorado Park to Randburg with the Putco bus. I used my tag on the 18 April 2017, with a remaining balance of 5 trips. The next day which was the 19th April my tag was expired. I am unaware of the expiry policy which was mentioned to me by Hennie which I called on the following number ********** 774. I wanted clarity on the matter as this policy is not available on the website nor on the smartcard. I have lost over R100 worth of trips and is now expected to pay cash which is totally unfair and an inconvenience. I spoke to Mr Tabini ********** 979 and Steven Dimba ********** 004 to assist with my query however no response was received. On the day before the strike we received notification that passengers will be reimburse with trips for the inconvenience caused as we had to make arrangements to get to work. Due to the strike I was unable to utulize these trips now I have to suffer due to it been expired. Mr Hennie advised me that the policy was put in place as passengers abuse the system...My question yet again...Why? AND HOW? Some of our jobs requires us to work different shifts, in this case we dont take the bus everyday being it in the morning or afternoon. I am not the only passenger in Mandla bus which lots trips. I have made a petition and have the proof with me. I urge Putco to look into this policy and see if this will benefit them or the passengers. Why should your trips expire?</p>
