USELESS BUS SERVICE!!!!!

<p>I am a commuter using putco bus services,their bus service is extremely appaling. I am at the bus stop every morng at five thirty without fail,waiting for the five fourty five bus to take me to work,however I end up standing there for almost an hour in this cold. Then the bs does not arrive,the later bus also comes in late,therefor I become late for work. I start work at seven thirty but get there at about eight,or eight thirty. I am late every week, at about 2 to three days. and unfortunately management is not always understanding. I have been to a discipllinary hearing for late coming already. On numerous occasions I have written to Putco to complain and ask for assistance but nothing,Im not sure what else to do to get some form of assistance from them.</p>
