Tag not working no transportation

I am a putco passenger residing at Orlando West and work at Clientele Morningside, I filled in the monthly tag (Monthly from Meadowlands to Sunninghill), When I travel back home I take any bus at our bus stop and connect with the Emdeni bus (16h15) which will take me straight home as the are no buses at bus stop which passes where I get off(Ezindlovini), getting to my complaint ,on the 19/11/2015 after i work I took the Vilakazi bus unfortunately my tag was struggling to connect to the machine so the Driver told me to get off the bus , I told him that its not fair because i filled in my monthly tag and I have the slip and I'm getting late as I am connecting, he told me that he's not going anywhere until I get off the bus and he did not want to hear anything,so I got off the bus and took the taxi which takes me to sandton(investec) where i connect, I took another bus(Emdeni),explained to the driver and then he did not have a problem. Now my question is how was I to travel back home if I did not have a cent to pay the taxi that I took ? Shouldn't the driver ask for the slip to proof that I filled the monthly tag? Do I deserve the nasty attitude that he gave me? I need answers Putco
