Shocking attitude by a driver called Makhadzi

One of your drivers from Putco is the worst I have ever experienced since I started using Putco to travel to work and I hope she will be dealt with accordingly.<br> <br> I have been a commuter of Putco for several years and this lady started working at Putco driving Dobsonville to Midrand Vodaworld and back for about 3years.<br> <br> I am shocked to announce that her attitude towards customers is shocking as if she was saying \so what are you going to do about that". On the 13/01/2016 at The Boulders Bus Stop this driver did not stop not even for 2minutes driving off on purpose. We had to chase after her and fortunately the robot went red and we had to knock on the door while she looked away. She eventually opened the door and we got in the bus. My friend gave her money for us both and she literally refused to take the money saying she doesn't have change and she will never have. My friend suggested to run quickly to ask for change and she left him behind driving away with his bag in the bus. I asked her to wait because my friend was so close and she refused to stop. She stopped the bus and ordered me out and I had to walk back to the bus stop carrying my friend's heavy laptop bag. The frustration"""
