Rude Driver Untouchable

Putco seems to protect their drivers at the expense of their customers/passengers. The 9015 driver from Woodmead to Soweto is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. There was a petition that almost everyone who takes this bus signed, however, no disciplinary measures have been put in place, nor have they adhered to the customers' request to remove this driver, if anything, the driver has an even worse attitude now.

Secondly, I called into Putco offices to request the bus code to use as well as the cash price for each trip, it seems the prices they have at their office differs to those that the drivers I was told a trip from Woodmead to Pennyville is R32.00, but when you get to the bus, the driver charges R37.00 which is strange considering going to Dobsonville pays just R1 more than I do. The driver kicked me off the bus last Friday claiming he can't print a ticket that is not R37.00.....

Perhaps Putco is not in the business of pleasing its own customers and I don't know how long they plan to stay in business with that business culture.
