Route complain

Ive been using Putco for almost 10 years now but a year ago my office moved to Grayston drive and Linden street so now my problem is almost 9 out of 10 buses going to Sandton are going to Sunninghill and few going Grayston drive does not want to pick us at Macdonald bus corner Grayston and Rivonia now we get stuck there for hour and sometimes we are forced to take taxis even though we tried to sign a pettition that even if they charge us extra to go up Grayston drive its fine,i find it not cool to get off the bus that is going where im going and waiting for another bus same company which will arrive after an hour to take me same route.Sometimes we end up taking taxis🙁 Please Putco fix this
