Putco poor service.

I am complaining about a putco bus service from mpumalanga (moloto) to irene shift no 1163 it leave at 6h00. The bus that we were traveling with got burned in 2020 August and new buses arrived but we don't get any bus for our shift. we have been sending emails but no reply, when we call the office they don't give us straight answers. This is a very poor service because we buy tickets only to find out that we don't have a proper road worthy bus. Because the ones they keep on giving us get stuck on the road, which is gonna make us loose our jobs because of late coming.

Is very demotivating that our concern is not taken very seriously, even though we always make sure that we buy our tickets.

It will be very helpful to assist with this regards so that we don't end up loosing our jobs during this pandemic.
