Putco mistreats it's employees!

<p>I am a Diesel Mechanic's Assistant at Putco. As part of my job, I have to lift heavy machienery and bus parts. Due to the SEVERE negligence of the company, necessary tools and materials to do my job were NOT made available to me. This resulted in me injuring my back. Which has led to me being on temporary disability leave for 7 months now. Despite being injured at work while performing my duties due to inappropriate work tools, Putco has only paid me for 3 out of the 7 months. They have sent me to doctor after doctor and even suggested that my injury was heridatary! I live in SEVERE pain daily and my medical bills have gone through the roof and they just don't care. My family is now living in hunger. If I had money I would sue these punks. In a country where young men are *********, I feel punished for trying to make an honest living. I am even about to be black listed. Every time I call them, they make empty promises that they will pay me month end. I don't know what to do anymore. </p>
