putco made us buy tickets but they are no buses

The situation is like this we buy tickets every month and they buses each Mondays are late or they don't come at all, to make the matter even worse the call center operators seems to be careless about this,their respond is negative putco is taking an advantage of being the only main transport in here. We absolutely feel ****** and desived by putco's **** .putco has nothing to lose while we lose each week as the bus will come occasionally instead of everyday as promised . please help us as we really can't afford this anymore
