Putco Is A Disgrace!!!

I have been using putco buses on a daily basis to and from work for many years. The fact that I have to pay R26 for a single trip from Palmridge to Braamfontein is ridiculous! But that's not my issue today. Upon boarding the bus on the morning of April 8th I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the state the bus was in. I was shocked, I felt sick to my stomach thinking I had no choice but to sit in this mess for the next hour. It is just plain out unhygienic, we are being disrespected! Now my question to management of Putco, is this what us as daily commuters mean to you? Is our money not good enough? With the prices we are paying for these s**** buses I'd at least think you people would have the decency of hiring cleaners! What does Putco take us for? This is by far my worst travelling experience, I feel violated!!! I have sent several emails to Norma and Witness since then and have received no acknowledgement. I've also called their call centre and people working there are just as imcompetent! I wish there was an option for me to attach pics.
