PUTCO GIVES BUS THAT DOES NOT WORK TO MY DRIVER 8720 BUS GIVE HIM A BETTER BUS

Horrible My driver to Rosebank is always Late bus 8720 in the morning to Rosebank ,Putco keeps on giving him a bus that is slow we were stuck in the middle of the road it's been on going since the last 2 weeks please can Putco give the Bus Driver a better Bus
