Putco customers waiting for buses several hours before it arrives

We waited for an hour in Northgate today, waiting for Putco bus for four ways jikeleza putco bus. It's disappointing a company big like that to let people wait for a bus that long. Last Saturday , we waited for a putco bus in craighall from 13:00 till 16:45. But we normally have a bus coming at between half past one and two o'clock. It's really disappointing that we constantly experience such with Putco.
