PUTCO CONTINUES TO ROB COMMUTORS

Putco is robbing commutors on a daily basis. Putco buses are always late, drivers are ill-mannered, they have break downs every day, Putco is not meeting the demands or can't supply commutors with transport but they continue to take money during their ticket sales. We are always late because of the shortage of buses, people loose their jobs because of late coming and putco continues to take their money. Putco has 1 type of equipment and they can't maintain it, I am sure the companies who design these buses would be able to assist with bus maintenance if putco was willing to pay for the services. Why are they still keeping their maintenance department, its clear that these people don't know what they are doing. We buy monthly tickets and still have to pay taxi fare because putco buses will not show up or the buses would just over heat and die along the way. After all these second grade bull **** service the next thing that commutors will get is a price increase, Its time for PUTCO TO CLOSE THE DOORS!
