Putco busses not according to Lecel 3 restrictions

Social distancing on Putco busses are not in accordance to Covid Level 3 regulations! Busses driving between Mpumalanga and Tshwane are filled nearly to capacity. Our domestic worker and fellow workers complain daily but drivers fill busses as they please... This is unacceptable!!!! It puts the passengers all at risk and it's against the law!
