PUTCO bus strike

My domestic worker bought a R913 (usual price R1 030) and was able to travel with the bus only 12 of the 22 days paid for. For 9 days she had to take taxis' with additional cost up to R70 per day. This happened due to a strike of bus drivers. Is PUTCO going to reimburse her or re-use a new ticket with no additional cost?
