Putco bus services in non existent

I've sent an email before but nothing changed, Putco management is very weak. Today I had to wait for more than an hour as I speak I am still waiting. The shift numbers that came today is ...48 and ...79 but Emndeni ...24, Naledi ...57 and Dobsonville ...69 didn't show. Putco how am I supposed to get home. You get excited to get my money but you do not want to service us. Can someone do something about this putco situation. I am tired of putco and if there's any company that would like to bring their bus services from Braamfischerville to sandton be my guest. I knock off at 17:00 and I take a 18:30 bus really Putco. Hai noo this is unacceptable
