RE: BUS/SHIFT no 9102 Driver Aby/Refilwe(not sure)--Naledi to Sandton via Randburg

I hope this finds you well,

I would like to place a complaint regarding Aby because he never starts the bus at Emdeni bus terminal like he should instead he calls his friends in the bus to meet him at Zenex(new Engern Garage at Naledi) or Molapo terminal.

This is an inconvenience to those of us that use the route because now to get a bus to Randburg we must now go to Baragwanath rank which is not good for us we end up being late to work because of him, this has been happening for the while month of February 2018 and it is continuing.
