Putco bus and their smart tag system.

The new Putco Bus tag system is beyond poor. We struggle with this new smart tag system. Not because of us commuters but because of those new smart tag and driver who constantly late and shouting at us like we don’t use our own money to buy those tag. Buses from Soweto to Midrand are very few. We late in the morning and after work which the smart tag system makes it worst. Drivers can’t deal with people which I doubt the are trained how to deal with people. I guess Putco doesn’t have competition.
